Need guidance and assistance with your child or teen’s behavior at home or in the community?

If your child or teen is covered by Medicaid; and is having serious problems such as frequent emotional outbursts, defiance, misconduct, aggressive behavior or experiencing depression, anxiety or other behavioral and emotional psychological problems that pose the risk of their removal from the home without support services, then we can effectively help your family find lasting solutions.

Intensive in-home services provide a continuum of prevention, intervention, and treatment services for children and youth and their families who are at risk, in crisis or who have emotional or behavioral problems.

The Marage Homes intensive in-home services program provides treatment to troubled children and families in their own home at convenient times for the families.

All treatment is family-centered and includes strength- based intervention.

Our comprehensive treatment approach includes family therapy, mental health treatment for caregivers, parenting skills education, educational intervention, development of positive peer groups, extensive help for families and children accessing community resources, and long-term, ongoing support.

Marage Homes Intensive In-Home professionals provide services to the whole family, not just the children, meeting with families at least three times weekly and remaining on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We tailor services to meet each family’s needs, while evaluating treatment progress through ongoing assessments and reviews. Our trained professionals collaborate with other providers, case workers and courts to formulate a collaborative treatment plan. Small caseloads – four families- allow our intensive in-home professionals to focus on the individual needs of each child and family we serve.

Our research-based programs assist the children and family members by providing a viable effective treatment alternative for state and local municipalities when compared to out of home placement. Our intensive in-home program does this by providing measurable and sustainable results at a lower cost, diverting youth from expensive out of home placements, offering comprehensive services within the home as well as assisting in family reunification.
